Shipping Complications – Product replacements, exchanges and full refunds for physical products (including Acrylic Block and Wall Art Prints) are applicable for shipping and delivery complications including incorrect product sent, unwanted orders, missing product parts, and clear damage to the product.
Defective or Damaged Product – We are devoted to ensuring the high quality of our products, so any physical products (Acrylic Bock and Wall Prints) or digital products (Stock images and video) which are faulty or damaged in any way will be replaced free of charge.
While our products are covered by a lifetime warranty, we are not liable for any product misuse.
Product Misrepresentation – The products displayed on our website should match with the product purchased. If you are not happy with your purchase due to misrepresentations of appearance or description, please contact us to arrange an exchange or refund.
Sizing Complications – All print sizes displayed on the website are true to the product, therefore if you receive an incorrectly sized print please notify us to arrange a replacement or refund.
An item can be exchanged if an incorrect size is ordered, however please note there may be a pricing difference between sizes.
Change of Mind – We recommend you take the time to select the correct product and contact us if you have any questions prior to making your purchase.
However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchange with an alternative product of the same value, or a no questions asked full refund.
