Does pricing include shipping?
Our product pricing includes shipping within Australia and International shipping.
Acrylic Block Photo prints and non-mounted prints are sent via International Airmail with tracking from Australia.
Acrylic Wall Art prints are sent via reputable courier (e.g DHL, FEDEX, UPS) with tracking from Australia. (Cannot be delivered to P.O Boxes.)
Does pricing include taxes?
Our pricing includes GST/VAT taxes.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Online payment for purchasing a print, or licensing an image or video, can be made by credit card.
Off-line payment for purchasing a print, or licensing an image or video, can be made by credit card, paypal or bank transfer.

Do I need to create an account to make a Print or Stock Video purchase?
No you don’t. You can make a purchase as a guest user if you prefer.
What is Photoshelter?
PhotoShelter is an online service which I use to archive, showcase and sell my images online.
Do I need to create a Photo Archive account to make a Print of Stock image purchase?
No you don’t. You can make a purchase as a guest user if you prefer. There are many benefits to having a free account however. It allows you to set up and maintain personal lightboxes, access special password-protected galleries and you will receive promo codes occasionally to give you a discount on your next purchase. Registering is free and simple. Once registered, you can login directly from the home page or via:- Client Area > My account.
Forgot your Photoshelter password?
Go to the Client Area. Click the Forgot your Password link. Fill in your registered email address and click the Reset Password button. A new password will be sent to you via email.
